Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new T.U.K. shoes, but if the fit isn't right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please ensure soles are clean and free of scuffs to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original T.U.K. box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
